Abstract submission is now open
Send your abstract through the 4ID platform until July 31th, 2024.
It is not mandatory to pay your registration fee to submit your abstract(s) through the platform. However, your registration must be paid by 05 November 2024 to be included in the Scientific Program of the Symposium. More about registration here.

Requirement for abstract submission
After accessing the 4ID platform and updating your profile information, you can access the Abstracts section. The following requirements are necessary for your abstract submission:
General summary information:
- Requested Presentation Type*. Oral and Poster Presentations are formats available to present at our Symposium.
- Abstract title*. 20 words maximum.
- Content*. 250 words maximum.
- Funding. 30 words maximum.
- Acknowledgements. 20 words maximum.
Authorship:
- Authors*. It is possible to add co-authors manually or add them through the 4ID platform’s search engine. Don’t forget to select the speaker.
- Affiliations*. It is possible to add affiliations individually or as a massive load. To load massive information, enter your data here as follows:
Institution, Department, Faculty, Address, City, Country.
Important: Each field must be separated by a comma. - Assign coauthors to affiliations*. Add affiliations corresponding to each author. The authorship order can be modified.
